Did anyone see this film on UK TV recently? And did you see the short clip of the Botswana school children learning about their rights and responsibilities? First their rights, then bam, their responsibilities. Not like in Uk where everything is "not my fault". Teachers have recently complained in Uk that children come to school with no idea how to behave and unable to pay attention for more than a few minutes. When they can't do something then its the teachers fault.
