Is it Me?

Is it me? or does everyone talk gibberish these days? I often give up trying to understand written communications because the person who wrote it doesn't seem to talk the same language as me. What with trying to be pc, not offend anyone's human rights and modern terminology the result is so often meaningless. Is this why we make such a cock up of everything we try to organise in the UK? I have a sneaking feeling that the authors have no more real understanding of what they have written than the audience.
